My two daughters attended Kids United from 2012 to 2018 and from the beginning they were happy there.
Emma was aged 1 and Rachel was aged 3 when they started, so we experienced every room and every staff member working there. I always felt that the staff took a personal interest in each child, and the best sign to me was that the girls adored the staff and skipped in the door every day.
When they started school and were attending the After-School service, I was happy that they were being collected by someone who knew them well and took an interest in their progress. Every day when I collected them (even though they are now well able to talk!) I still got an update from the staff as to what they had eaten, how their form was, how they got on with their homework etc which as a working mum is valuable information. I was consistently impressed with the quality of food on the menu plans, with a real emphasis on healthy eating. They ate more fruit and veg at Kids United than they ever ate at home!
After 6 great years, we are sorry to be finishing up with Kids United, but we are very grateful for the care and attention they received over the years – we all have happy memories of their time there. I could not recommend them highly enough.
