Caterpillar Room
1 - 2 Years
In the Caterpillar Room, our weekly plans are shaped by the children’s interests and abilities, supported by the National Curriculum, Aistear.
This is an exciting environment for children to find their feet and become more co-ordinated. The children spend much of their day experimenting, exploring and beginning to socialise.
Parents receive daily updates through our communication app, which provides details on meals, sleep, activities, photos and further relevant information.
By assigning a key worker to each child, we can ensure that there’s a deeper understanding of each child’s unique needs and interests. Monthly observations are carried out and are an excellent way to track development milestones and assess ongoing progress.
